The suspect is described as a local male in his late teens or early 20s with short dark hair and a medium build.
Anyone who knows the identity of the person in the photo is asked to call the police non-emergency line at 935-3311, Crime Stoppers at 961-8300 or Officer Joshua Gouveia at 961-2213.
